Veteran's Center

Bunker Hill Community College thanks our veterans and current military service members for their service to our nation. Please feel welcome to visit our Veterans Center, which opened in the fall of 2010 and is located in Room B201 on the Charlestown Campus.

If you have served in the U.S. military you may be eligible for a Massachusetts tuition waiver and/or other educational programs administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Please contact our office for more information. Be prepared to provide a copy of your DD 214 as verification of your nature of discharge and time served. Your DD 214 is a vital document that is necessary to process any claim for educational benefits. Some VA educational benefits are transferable to spouses and dependents of veterans.

If you are a veteran, spouse, or dependent with questions regarding your eligibility under any of the VA educational programs listed below, you can contact the VA Education Office at 1-888-GI-BILL-1 (1-888-442-4551). Their office is staffed by friendly people who are willing to assist all veterans.
