Spring Intramurals at BHCC

Bulldog Power Club

Joining this Fitness Center loyalty program is easy – just pick up your Power Club Tracking Card in the Fitness Center and begin logging your workouts. 15 workouts earns you a water bottle and 30 workouts earns you a t-shirt and a spot on the Bulldog Power Club wall! (Only one workout may be logged per day and each workout must be at least 30 minutes.)

2015 Olympics Challenge

Train like an Olympian! Why wait until 2018 for the next Olympic Winter Games? Beginning the week of January 20th, you'll be challenged to complete a functional workout for each of the 15 sports in the traditional Winter Games. No pre-registration required. Stop by the Fitness Center to get started.

When: January 20 - May 8, with workouts changing weekly
Time: You decide! All workouts are completed in the Fitness Center during regular operating hours.

Ready, Set, RUN!

Join us for a weekly fun run. All abilities welcome! This group is led by BHCC student Lindsay Scott, and supported by the Athletics Department.

When: Monday, beginning 01/26/2015
Time: 10-10:45 a.m.
Where: Meet in the G-building lobby

3-point Shootout

T-shirt prizes for top male and female students and faculty/staff members on each of the 4 competition days. Remember, 4 dates means 4 opportunities to compete and win!

When: Mondays, February 9, March 9, and April 6
Where: Gymnasium
Time: 12 – 1:00 p.m.
