Learn and Earn is a competitive program. Students are selected based on their ability to complete the internship AND to represent Bunker Hill Community College as an ambassador! First, follow the seven steps below to apply for the program. After you apply, there are two phases:
In Phase One: A Bunker Hill Selection Committee will interview you, then make recommendations to the Learn and Earn Program Coordinator about the applicants who they have selected. Those students’ resumes will be sent to employers for interviews. You will be notified with the BHCC Committee decisions by the Learn and Earn coordinator.
In Phase Two: Employers from our partner companies look over the applicants’ resumes and decide who they want to interview. You will be called directly by the employer for an interview. After the interviews, the employers will communicate their choices for interns to the Learn and Earn Internship coordinator who will extend offers to the selected students.
