  1. MLA International Bibliography with Full Text - From the Modern Language Association (MLA) and EBSCO, this resource combines an extensive collection of full-text journals with the definitive index for the study and teaching of language, literature, linguistics, rhetoric, writing studies, folklore, film, theater, and other dramatic arts. Trial available until May 31, 2023.
  2. MLA Directory of Periodicals - The MLA Directory of Periodicals provides detailed records for journals and book series published in the bibliography’s areas of coverage. It is a valuable resource for scholars seeking outlets to publish their work as well as for librarians working to identify periodical publications that best meet their institutions’ needs. They focus on Latinx issues related to politics, sociology, human rights, the arts and more with interviews of key figures and news reporting by a new generation of Latino/a journalists at the time.
  5. The BBC Horizon Collection - This trial from ProQuest is available until March 31, 2023. Pause on Donations to BHCC Library

Before donating books, CDs, DVDs, or any other materials, contact us at Library@bhcc.edu. Materials dropped off at the Library with no previous arrangement will be discarded. Because we are working on downsizing the collection in preparation to moving to a new space, the Library is mindful of space and storage. There are many other wonderful organizations that are looking for gently used books, like local public libraries, which can provide guidelines. If you need ideas, we are happy to provide info on local organizations.
