Welcome to BHCC! We are here to support you on campus and online. You can connect with our services through email, phone, and chat.

On-campus learning and services are available to all students and potential students that are fully vaccinated and can show proof of vaccination upon entry to the College and at registration. Demonstration of proof can be:

  • Showing your physical COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
  • A picture or image of your physical COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
  • Your BHCC ID card (If you have uploaded your full vaccination information to the college)
  • MyVaxRecords.Mass.Gov

Individuals not compliant with the vaccination requirements will not be allowed entry, except for quick and limited purposes in the lobby (for example, to ask how to access virtual support, registration, or admission). 

The College will be mostly remote for the first two weeks of classes

Please note, the College will be mostly remote for the first two weeks of classes except for programs that must be delivered on campus, such as culinary, nursing, other health-related programs, and workforce development. As of now, other classes scheduled to be held in person will instead be held remotely for the first two weeks of the semester and return to in-person classes on campus on February 7, 2022.

The Chelsea Campus

The Chelsea Campus of Bunker Hill Community College is located at 70 Everett Avenue, in the former site of the Everest Institute. Providing higher education and job training opportunities to residents of Chelsea, Revere, Everett, East Boston, Winthrop and other surrounding communities, the campus is actively involved in the community through partnerships with community based organizations, social service organizations, Chambers of Commerce, the City of Chelsea and the Chelsea Public Schools.

Several MBTA bus lines as well as the MBTA commuter rail stop within a few blocks of the campus, making it easily accessible by public transportation. The College also provides free shuttle service between the Charlestown and Chelsea Campuses. *Please note, the shuttle is not running for the Spring 2022 Semester, learn more. All allied health certificate programs, including medical assistant, patient care technician, central processing, surgical technology, pharmacy technician, paramedic studies and emergency medical technician (EMT) are based in Chelsea. The Chelsea Campus offers laboratory science in biology, offering multiple sections of Human Biology and Anatomy & Physiology I and II. Chelsea also houses a full array of foundation and elective courses leading to college degrees and certificates. Chelsea is also home to the College’s Adult Education program which offers GED Spanish and Basic English for Speakers of Other Language (ESOL) classes. The program is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
