Virtual college visits are virtual events that allow Bunker Hill students to meet with transfer admission representatives from bachelor degree granting institutions. During these one hour sessions, students learn about each institution's academic programs, student engagement opportunities, and the process for applying and transferring to these institutions. Go behind the scenes to learn about how women artists have navigated the pandemic and built cross-disciplinary community during a time of separation and loss. Hear new works and participate in a collective conversation about music, choirs, history and the resiliancy of art created during the time of COVID-19. BHCC Chamber Choir will debut it's vocal ensemble and arts collaboration In the B Flat Minor--an exciting choral collaboration with composer and lyricist Rie Daisies, featuring BHCC Chamber Choir, special guest vocalists from across the US, international dancer and performance artist Laura Pietiläinen [Finland], and documentary filmmaker Luz Valdez [Peru]. Also, be inspired by an encore broadcast of A String Only She Could Play--a collaboration between professional musician and Professor Felice Pomeranz (The Gilded Harps of Boston and Berklee College of Music/Boston Conservatory at Berklee) and BHCC Professors Riikka Pietiläinen-Caffrey, Performing Arts and Proshot Kalami, English and Performing Arts Departments.
