Steps to Success Workshops Fall 2022
Students should complete Career Exploration 101 before attending this workshop. This workshop will focus on how to use the results of the Career Coach assessment to explore possible programs of study at BHCC that match their career interests. Students will learn about MassHire CIS to learn more about specific careers.
Co-taught by a TASC writing tutors and a librarian, this workshop will help students get started with research assignments: brainstorming, choosing a topic that’s “just right,” outlining, drafting, and finding sources. Virtual college visits are virtual events that allow Bunker Hill students to meet with transfer admission representatives from bachelor degree granting institutions. During these one hour sessions, students learn about each institution's academic programs, student engagement opportunities, and the process for applying and transferring to these institutions. Students also have the opportunity to ask their own questions.

Students should complete Educational Planning 101 before attending this workshop. This workshop will focus on creating a personalized educational plan for upcoming semesters and to degree completion. Students will be able to plan courses and register for an upcoming semester during the session.
