For Faculty and Staff
AIDE supports faculty and staff in a number of ways. AIDE manages the college’s Learning Management System, Moodle. In addition, AIDE empowers faculty and staff to develop teaching and learning strategies for the BHCC community. You can learn more about our approaches, and many of the digital learning tools we use to accomplish our work, in our AIDE ePortfolio and in the links below.
Moodle is our Learning Management System. Every class at BHCC has a Moodle course site. Use Moodle to post your syllabus, assignments, and grades.
AIDE regularly sends the AIDE UPDATES with information about upcoming faculty & staff training opportunities, important notices about changes to digital platforms, and key dates for the semester. Past updates are available for viewing online. Subscribe to the updates today!
Moodle Mondays are hosted by the five Massachusetts community colleges that use Moodle. These one-hour virtual events are held on Mondays throughout the Academic Year at 12pm. Recordings of past Moodle Monday’s are posted as recordings become available. Moodle Monday topics focus on “how-to’s” for using Moodle and “great practices” for online teaching.
