BHCC Space Request – 25Live
Bunker Hill Community College is now using 25Live, an event scheduling software, to schedule space. 25Live allows staff, faculty, and student organizations to search for and request shared space on campus. Users can search by location and room capacity, check availability, and view room features and photographs. Once room requests have been submitted online, requestors can monitor the status and print room and event confirmations which are received from the schedulers by email. 25Live provides one centralized scheduling system and data repository for events and classes scheduled into shared space at BHCC.
Before accessing 25Live, please note the following:
Training is recommended for all new users. Training sessions are available through the Academic Records Office.
To request space at BHCC please contact your division’s administrative assistant or 25Live designee at least 48 hours before you need the space. He or she will request the space in 25Live (our new event scheduling software) and will receive a response from the appropriate room scheduler.
When requesting space, please allow 48 hours for your request to be reviewed. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email notification.
