This program offers two degree options: Biomedical Engineering option which prepares students for transfer into four-year institutions as Biomedical Engineering majors or for direct employment in entry-level positions. The Engineering Transfer option provides students with the laboratory and technical coursework necessary for transfer into undergraduate engineering programs.
The Associate in Arts degree programs in chemistry or physics prepares students for transfer into four-year programs as chemistry or physics majors.
The Energy & Sustainability Management Certificate (ESM) allows you to earn college credit while preparing for a career in green building, energy efficiency auditing, and renewable energy. You will use cutting-edge techniques to analyze energy use and apply project management skills in making sustainable decisions. The certificate consists of 26-27 undergraduate credits, which can be completed in as little as two semesters, or “roll” into an Associate’s Degree. Career assistance and professional development is included for all students. In addition to earning the ESM certificate, your coursework can also qualify you to take the US Green Building Council’s LEED Green Associate exam, a nationally recognized credential for sustainability professionals.
