Community Engagement

volunteer facebookThe Office of Community Engagement, located in B-211A, seeks to help students develop tangible skills through community service, service learning, civic engagement,
and student activism.

Whether the involvement is civic-centered or service-centered, the Office of Community Engagement will help students see the connection between involvement in their communities and their own professional and personal development.

During the academic year, we host a variety of programs, such as a Get Involved Volunteer Fair, Alternative Spring Break Program, Serve Boston, and offer a variety of volunteer opportunities for BHCC students.

For more information, please call 617-228-3485 or email: Meghan Callaghan, Coordinator of Community Engagement at mrcallag@bhcc.mass.edu or Ted Carlson, Service Learning Faculty Liaison, at rcarlson@bhcc.mass.edu.
