Eligibility Criteria: Students must have completed at least 30 credits at BHCC, be eligible to receive an associate degree by Spring 2010, and demonstrate a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Applicants must be planning to transfer to a NETA-approved four-year institution beginning Fall 2010.
