Eligibility Criteria: A female December 2009 BHCC graduate, or a female graduating BHCC in June 2010 who has demonstrated outstanding academic excellence and leadership ability. Applicants must be a member of Alpha Kappa Mu and/or have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and plan to transfer to a four-year institution for the Fall 2009 semester. Applicants must also submit a short essay (500 words) along with two (2) letters of recommendation.
Amount: $500 payable to the transfer four-year institution.
