Requests for Funding

The Office of Community Engagement provides funds for materials used for service learning projects. Examples of materials could be tri-fold display boards, cardboard boxes, and office/art supplies. The Office can also provide funds for transportation to and from a service site, if it is a class project.

Faculty wishing to request funds need to fill out an Request For Purchase (RFP), which can be found on the idrive in the All BHCC Forms folder. Please return or email the RFP to Meghan Callaghan at the Office of Community Engagement, B-211A or mrcallag@bhcc.mass.edu.

All RFP forms need to be given to Meghan by the Monday of the 8th week of the semester.
