| PLEASE TAKE NOTE:An additional health course fee of $35.00 per credit is applicable for courses with prefixes AHE,DMS,EMT,MIG,NUR,RTH,SGT,SON, VSN, MRC, CTC, CIT141 and CIT241. An additional malpractice insurance fee of $15.00 for some health courses is required every academic year. Health Insurance fee is required by Massachusetts State Law if you are taking 9 or more credits in 2010 Spring. The fee of $564.00 must be paid in full or you must submit a waiver online at www.universityhealthplans.com with proof of comparable coverage upon registration. International students are required to purchase the coverage unless alternative coverage that meets state requirements is obtained from a US based carrier. Insurance from another country, travel insurance or accident insurance is not acceptable and does not meet state requirements. Please be advised that if you are on Commonwealth Care or Mass health as a dependent and are carrying 9 or more credits, per state mandate you are required to purchase community college coverage and cannot waive the coverage using those plans. Payment is due at the time of registration, except if you are fully covered by Financial Aid, or have submitted acceptable third party billing or scholarship documentation to the Student Payment Office. We accept credit card and check payments online at http://onlineservices.bhcc.edu. You may pay by telephone at 1-866-519-0785 by credit/debit card, checking or savings account. An automatic interest free monthly payment plan is also available on-line at http://onlineservices.bhcc.edu. Click on Students then click on set up a payment plan. The enrollment fee is $35.00. Payments will be automatically deducted on the 5th of each month from your checking, savings debit or credit card account. NB:Tuition and fees for the New England Regional student is $138.00 per credit. |
