| PLEASE TAKE NOTE:An additional health course fee of $35.00 per credit is applicable for health courses with prefixes AHE,DMS,EMT,MIG,NUR,RTH,SGT,SON and VSN. An additional malpractice insurance fee of $15.00 for some health courses every academic year. Health Insurance fee is required by Massachusetts State Law if you are taking 9 or more credits in 2008 Fall. The fee of $840.00 must be paid in full or submit a waiver online at www.universityhealthplans.com with proof of comparable coverage upon registration. International students are required to purchase the coverage unless alternative coverage that meets state requirements is obtained from a US based carrier. Insurance from another country, travel insurance or accident insurance is not acceptable and does not meet state requirements. Payment is due at the time of registration as of 7/28/08, except you are fully covered by Financial Aid, or have submitted acceptable third party billing or scholarship documentation to the Student Payment Office. We accept credit card payments online at http://onlineservices.bhcc.edu. You may pay by telephone at 1-866-519-0785 by credit/debit card, checking or savings account. |
