Bunker Hill Community College provides reasonably priced parking facilities for students, but it's so easy to get around Boston that many students choose to not keep a car. The main campus has its own stop on the MBTA subway line, and the rest of the city is easily accessible via subways, buses, or above-ground trolleys. There is also an excellent commuter rail system, which will take you to destinations outside the city.
If you do choose to keep a car during your time in Boston , you will need to register it and obtain the necessary insurance and neighborhood parking permits. For additional information about automobile regulations and restrictions, please visit www.mass.gov.
