The mission of Bunker Hill community College Foundation, Inc., is to obtain resources to support the College, thereby enabling students with diverse educational, ethnic and cultural backgrounds to benefit from a high-quality, affordable, post-secondary education. The mission is realized by building constituencies and fundraising among groups and individuals including alumni, business, civic, community and educational leaders.
The Foundation assists Bunker Hill Community College students with scholarships, textbooks and emergency assistance funds, and it raises money to support capital development projects such as new campus buildings. Bunker Hill Community College Foundation is led by a group of highly dedicated individuals from leading technology, retail, construction, manufacturing, marketing and law firms in the Boston area.
Bunker Hill Community College Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation that solicits, accepts, manages, invests and distributes contributions as well as regularly communicates with donors and prospects. All gifts to Bunker Hill Community College Foundation are tax deductible to the extent approved by law.
