This presentation delivered 11/19/08 discusses the connection between excellent customer service and organizational performance.  The goal is to assist managers, the entrepreneurial-minded, and all customer-facing professions to deliver a higher level of customer service for lower costs, providing practical tools and techniques. 

Ray P. Welliver is a Vice President and subject matter expert in the Senior Loan Servicing Group at State Street Corporation.  He has spent 15 years in the Structured Finance/ CDO/ ABS marketplace.  In his current position, Mr. Welliver is responsible for analyzing, planning, and overseeing technology initiatives at State Street Corporation.   Mr. Welliver holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UMass Lowell.  He received his MBA from Anna Maria College and is currently adjunct faculty at Newbury College and has been an Associate Professor at the New England College of Finance.
