Application Process
For the Fall 2011 Allied Health Certificate Programs (AHCP) at Bunker Hill Community College:
- Complete an AHCP application.
- Interview with the Program Coordinator
If you are accepted into the program, CURRENT BHCC STUDENTS do the following:
- Complete a Program Change Form
- Complete a BHCC Registration Form based on the schedule you have designed with the Program Coordinator
- Complete a CORI form
- Complete the first page of a Student Health Form - this form must go to your doctor, and, when completed, must be brought to Room E154 at BHCC. Health clearance is required to participate in clinical internships
- Registration for returning BHCC students begins on Tuesday, April 14, 2011 - you must register within one week of the date you meet with the Program Coordinator
- You must waive health insurance and provide proof of coverage each Fall, or you will be charged
- Pay close attention to your BHCC printout which tells you when payments are due
- Attend a New Student Orientation just prior to the start of classes in September. A notice with the date and time will be mailed to you
If you are accepted into the program, NEW STUDENTS must do the following:
- Bring your college transcripts if you have been to another college, or
- If you have not completed a college writing and math course, take the BHCC College Placement Test or ESL Placement Test - bring your test results to the Program Coordinator
- Complete a BHCC application
- Include the following with your application:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Birth certificate (if you were born in USA)
- Resident Alien Card (if applicable)
- Passport
- Massachusetts Drivers License or Massachusetts ID
-Proof of 6-month residency (dated within one (1) year of the academic semester of enrollment)
NOTE: If you do not have a resident alien card or if you have not lived in Massachusetts for more than 6 months, you will pay out-of-state tuition.
- Complete a BHCC Registration Form based on the schedule you have designed with the Program Coordinator
- Complete a CORI form

NOTE: SPACES WILL NOT BE HELD FOR APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT COMPLETE THE ABOVE PROCESS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
