Course Offerings/Access

Using the internet, videoconferencing technology, and conventional postal services, BHCC Online courses offer a flexible, convenient option to motivated learners seeking an alternative to traditional classroom education. Every BHCC Online course contains the same content as traditional classes and are fully accredited and transferable to many other institutions.

Bunker Hill Community College offers five exciting options for distance learning:

• Web courses: These internet-based courses allow students to complete their coursework anywhere they have access to a computer and the internet.
• Home study courses: Home study courses may be completed through the mail, allowing students who cannot attend classes on a regular basis the convenience of studying in their own environment.
• Hybrid courses: These courses combine traditional classroom components with online learning experiences and activities.
• Interactive television courses: Interactive television courses use digital videoconferencing to deliver real-time instruction to students of Bunker Hill Community College and its partners.
• Mass College Online: This partnership of 15 community colleges and 9 state colleges extends convenient and flexible course offerings to students throughout the state and beyond.
