Bunker Hill Community College is the largest community college in Massachusetts. The College enrolls more than 14,000 students on two campuses and at three satellite locations. BHCC is one of the most diverse institutions of higher education in Massachusetts. Approximately sixty-seven percent of BHCC students are people of color and more than fifty percent are women. The College also enrolls more than 800 international students who come from approximately 100 countries and speak more than 75 languages, making BHCC one of the most cosmopolitan institutions of higher education in New England.

Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) is committed to an open admission policy, offering those who have earned a high school diploma, GED, associate degree or higher and who express a desire to pursue a college education, the opportunity to enroll. To enroll in a degree or certificate program, a student must apply for admission and be accepted to the College. Students choosing this option will be referred to as degree-seeking students. Students who do not choose this option are referred to as non-degree seeking students.
