The Bunker Hill Community College: students, faculty, alumni, authorized BHCC affiliates and employees. Some services are limited to students. Please contact an authorized Audio Visual Technician for more details.
+ How far ahead should I reserve my equipment and/or technician's services?
Equipment will not be guaranteed on time delivery if orders are not placed with a 24 hour notice. Please schedule your equipment accordingly.
+ Can I send you my presentation in advance?
If your equipment request includes the rental of AV laptops, we can pre-load PowerPoint files in advance provided the presentation is e-mailed or hand delivered to AV at least 24 hours prior to the event. We also accept files on CD or Flash drives. We can only support PowerPoint (PC only) or PDF files only. If you wish to present using your own computer, please arrive early enough to allow ample set up time.
+ I rented equipment from you and my event ended early. What should I do?
If the event ended early please call us as soon as possible at 617-228-2255 or extension # 2255. When leaving a message on voice mail or e-mail please leave your name, room number and any additional necessary information.
