What We Will Do... 

 
  • EXPAND off-campus instructional sites to Revere and other communities.
  • INCREASE workforce development contracts by twenty percent in areas such as computer skills, supervisory training and English as a Second Language.
  • CREATE an e-college consisting of on-line instruction and support services for anytime, anyplace education.
  • IDENTIFY effective ways to assist area schools in improving MCAS scores.
  • CONSTRUCT a new testing and assessment center, student study zones, an art gallery and thirty-eight additional faculty offices; renovate the collegeÍs major lecture hall and reconstruct the plaza leading to the Charlestown Campus main lobby.
  • ESTABLISH a CISCO Regional Academy and form partnerships with ten area high schools for networking training programs.
  • STRENGTHEN international student recruitment; begin an immigrant outreach program consisting of enrollment assistance and citizenship courses.
  • EXTEND e-mail access to all students and adjunct faculty.
  • DESIGN a web developer certificate to be offered at the Chelsea Campus and an engineering science degree at the Charlestown Campus; add global and diversity components to fifteen courses.
  • DEVELOP a Service Learning Center on the Charlestown Campus and increase student volunteer opportunities for community service.
