Bunker Hill Community College will provide lifelong learning, educational partnerships, retraining, and transitional skills to meet needs of the college and community.

Active learning is a lifetime experience. Lifelong learning is an integral part of todayÍs workplace and a means toward leading a fulfilling life. To meet the lifelong learning needs of our communities, we will:

  • increase by 50 percent, non-credit life enrichment courses that expand educational opportunities to individuals seeking retraining, enrichment, career transition, and new learning;
  • reach an agreement with UMass/Boston that enables the UniversityÍs upper-level courses to be offered on the BHCC campus leading to a bachelorÍs degree; and reach an agreement with UMass/Boston that enables the UniversityÍs upper-level courses to be offered on the BHCC campus leading to a bachelorÍs degree; and
  • create a job placement service that matches BHCC students seeking employment with employer needs.
