Bunker Hill Community College will provide well-maintained and safe facilities with continuing improvements and expansions.

To support the learning environment, more than one million dollars will be allocated each year to ensure that facilities are accessible, safe, well-maintained, and attractive. Plans call for the college to:

  • relocate and/or expand areas such as the health clinic, faculty offices, student study space and art gallery;.
  • establish an adjunct faculty center;
  • landscape and irrigate college grounds;
  • replace exterior and interior signage, exterior lighting, and provide more parking;
  • renovate facilities to meet or exceed all ADA requirements;
  • install new flooring and carpeting college-wide, refurbish student lounge furniture, provide student lockers; and
  • continue planning for a sound stage and conduct a feasibility study in anticipation of constructing a student center and multipurpose fitness facility on the Charlestown Campus.
