Bunker Hill Community College will offer student-friendly services at accessible educational sites.

We are committed to the concept of the student as customer and will:

  • create customer service standards and an employee training program focused on responsive and courteous service.
  • locate five on-line multilingual kiosks throughout the Charlestown Campus to provide current information about courses, advising, registration, and location of classes.
  • establish additional sites for classes in Chinatown, Somerville, and other surrounding communities; and
  • conduct regular audits for clarity and accuracy of all information given to students.
